
Steve Dufresne
Vice President, Sales
Steve is a graduate of East Coast Aero Technical School and is a licensed Airframe and Powerplant technician. He began his career with Canadair and its Challenger program in 1985.
His background includes working at a Bombardier Service Center as a technician and floor supervisor before rising to Director of Maintenance for the Pre-Owned Aircraft Sales Division, and supporting the operation and sale of trade-in aircraft in domestic and international markets. His responsibilities included over 14 years working on aircraft acquisitions, evaluations, pre-purchase inspections, interior & exterior refurbishments, and modifications. He has also worked extensively with the OEMs and leading authorized maintenance facilities worldwide.
In 2005, Steve moved to Bombardier’s Flight Operations Department as the Director of Maintenance. He was responsible for all aspects of maintenance on the company demonstrator aircraft which included the Global Express XRS, Global 5000, Challenger 605, and Challenger 300. He was also responsible for the Learjet 40XR, 45XR and 60XR aircraft. While managing these positions, he also oversaw maintenance operations, adding technical expertise to budgets and coordinating project planning.
Steve transitioned to Aerospace Concepts in 2008 to support the Aircraft Acquisition and Sales team and brings a unique wealth of experience in a wide range of aircraft, including those manufactured by Bombardier, Gulfstream, Dassault, and Boeing.
