Technical Completions
Frank completed his DEC in Aircraft Maintenance at L’Ecole Nationale d’Aérotechnique. Frank started his career in 1985 as an airframe mechanic with Innotech Aviation where he worked on interior refurbishments and completions on Canadair Challengers, Dash 8’s, Gulfstreams and British Aerospace 125’s.
In 1994 Frank was promoted to Supervisor of Aircraft Completions and Maintenance where he led a team of skilled technicians through the daily routine of aircraft completions.
After the purchase of Innotech Aviation’s completion facility by Bombardier Aerospace, Frank was promoted to Manager of Aircraft Completions and Deliveries where he led several teams at different phases of the completion cycle such as: infrastructure and systems, interior installation, flight test program and aircraft deliveries. He was also assigned as manager of outsource facilities for a one year period to work with other completion centers in order to help deliver the backlog that had been generated by the Global Express.
In 2006 Frank left Bombardier and joined ACL as Manager Technical Completion. Frank brings with him over 21 years of experience in aircraft completions.
