COMPLETION MANAGEMENT

Managing the interior completion of your aircraft commences at the first stages of contract negotiation and culminates upon successful acceptance and delivery. Services include:

	Specification Development A key to project success lies in ACL's ability to ensure that a significant level of detail regarding floor plan layout, component selection, interior options, accessibility, galley details, etc. is contained in the Completion Specification. ACL has developed a comprehensive, customized Specification that is unique in the industry. This is kept up to date with the latest technology offerings on all interior components.
	Program Management Overall program management consists of monitoring the critical path schedule, participating in vendor and program reviews, and proactively identifying and solving major issues before they manifest themselves. Close attention is paid to quality, cost and schedule when dealing with any issue, including change orders.
	Interior Inspections Quality inspections of all interior components are conducted in order to ensure compliance with the expected standards while meeting contractual obligations. The cabinets, seats, galley, and so forth are all thoroughly inspected for fit, form and function. Snags raised from these inspections are carefully documented and monitored for efficient resolution.
