FLIGHT OPERATIONS SUPPORT

ACL provides short or long-term Flight Operations Support to:

• Facilitate a successful Entry-into-Service following acceptance and delivery
• Complement your crew requirements for ultra-long haul flights
• Assist during periods of peak activity or during periods of illness, holidays, etc.
• Perform sales and demonstration flights
• Conduct familiarization and training

	Pilot Services We employ a team of pilots who are among the industry's highest rated in terms of training, certification and international operations, typically having in excess of 5000 flight hours experience. We are able to provide pilots who are type-rated on the Bombardier Global Express, Challenger series, Regional Jet, Gulfstream IV and Falcon 900, either as PIC or SIC.
	Flight Attendants Our professional Flight Attendants are highly qualified to meet the demanding requirements of corporate aircraft clients. They are current in terms of emergency training per FAA standards, and possess in-flight medical, emergency evacuation and CPR re-certification. Having excellent communication skills, they provide first class passenger service and innate attention to detail.
	Maintenance Support Our Maintenance staff can provide support in the setup and operation of ground support equipment, troubleshoot aircraft mechanical, electrical and avionics systems, as well as support routine and unscheduled maintenance activities. They provide consultation on the AFM, MMEL, Maintenance Manual, Service Bulletins, and Advisory and Alert Wires. Furthermore, items such as warranty claims, ordering spare parts, and keeping abreast of in-service operational issues can be handled in a more efficient manner by utilizing our support services.
